Incorporated in March 2020, BuildEra is a new and a young upcoming highly reputed entity in the residential and commercial market. We are the creators when it comes to providing stunning, customized and quality property from concept to design and construction. The prime focus of our company is to adhere to quality standards and punctual delivery for a delightful customer experience. All our builders and subcontractors are licensed and qualified with decades of experience in residential and commercial builds. Our strong commitment towards a project starts from the day we start on site through to completion.

Our builders and project managers are dedicated and committed towards your project, we can look after your build from concept to completion including coordinating and liaising with council, engineers, surveyors and town planners. We also have years of experience managing your project from subdividing a section to getting building consent. We work with highly experienced quantity surveyors for all our estimating of projects to ensure our initial estimates and quotes are accurate to ensure there is no compromise on quality.

01.  New Homes

We generally work off the plans for all our clients for a fixed price contract, but when it comes to custom design we prepare an initial estimate so you can organise your finances and given we use Quantity surveyors we ensure quotes are within your budget and design is not compromised.

Renovations can be very challenging due to the complexity of build, our team uses advanced new softwares when it comes to designing and estimating your project.

03.  Extensions

Alterations and additions are a great value for all our clients, all we need is a site plan and a floor plan of the existing building and we can work with you to achieve great results to add more value to your property.

04.  Waterproofing

Our team with experience in construction also have knowledge and experience in waterproofing BOSTIK which is completed on all our builds but we don’t hesitate to complete jobs on a build which is not completed by BuildEra.

05.  Shop Fitouts

Shop Fitouts design and construction can be very challenging for us and the client sometimes, correct information is very important for a smooth transition. Our strong focused team are experienced finish carpenters when it comes to interior fit outs for cafe, office or maybe a jewellery store to kickstart your new venture or renovate an existing and provide design and construction facility.

06.  Landscaping

Landscapes and outdoor features are very important as they contribute significantly to well being and quality of life with filtering out dust and pollutants from rainwater with well maintained plants, trees and shrubs. BuildEra can help with design which is completed by an architect or a professional with the right knowledge and experience.

07.  Childcare Centres

We have the knowledge and experience around building consents and design factors which play an important role in the education industry. Compliance includes but not limited to sleep room, nappy change room, sick rooms to handrails and balustrades and other relevant requirements to ease the process of approval and better quality build at the end of completion.

08.  Property Maintenance

Property maintenance can save a client a lot of time and costs if the job is done right the first time. Initial meetings on site determines not only the job we will complete for you but we can also advise and recommend with our knowledge and experience for other areas which might be of concern in the near future or urgently required as part of our great service.
